MODULE 4
Harmonizing Your Life Through Your Yoga
Attenuation, Assimilation & Integration
To truly live the path of Tantra, we must release the desire to divide our lives from our practice. When we fully integrate this practice, we shift the paradigm from Yoga as a separate practice and begin to discover the power of Yoga as our innate state of being.
Module 4: Harmonizing Your Life Through Your Yoga gives supports the potential that the path of Yoga has to offer: to live whole and complete; to reunite the lost and forgotten parts of yourself into a United WHOLE. And to finally experience the TRUTH in the word YOGA, the union of all of our divisions. In this Module, we will integrate all that we have learned and discovered and create map of possibility. Through lecture, practice, instruction, and a variety of tools, we will stretch the boundary of your practice beyond postures, and offer a deeper understanding of Tantra, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.
